Bailey is a Master's level graduate student at Emporia State University. He is in his 2nd year of a two year program that will grant him a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. Bailey is a volunteer firefighter and a Fire Protection Specialist for the Kansas Forest Service. Additionally, he has served on local task forces that address local issues that impact civilians and veterans. This experience and passion make Bailey a good fit for first responders and the general population ages 15 and older.
